For example, if on your way to work, your car breaks down, Audrey Christle believes in being solution-oriented in order to figure out a way around the issue. Instead of stewing about the problem, Audrey Christle knows that focusing on the how, as in how you can still make it to work in a timely manner, and the what, as in what you can do to fix the situation, is a much better approach than the alternative. Usually, according to Audrey Christle, asking why, as in, “Why me?” can be far more detrimental to your situation, and even hold you back from finding a way to fix it.
